For my last birthday, I got bifocals.
For this birthday, I got my first mammogram. (Sounds like a toddler toy: NEW! From Fischer Price: My First Mammogram!)
What'll it be next year, hip replacement?

now, I'm looking forward six years hence to 2012 ... then the birthday will be on the 12th day of the 12th month of the 12th year
I'm pretty sure invisibility comes before hip replacement, but I could be wrong. Memory loss, you know. Happy belated belly button birthday, too.
